Can I pick the products I want in the Baby Box or create a custom box?
Yes! Simply select The Custom Baby Box and the items you want included in your box from our Brands & Products section. If you would rather we curate your box, select from our Essential, Deluxe or Extravagant Baby Box. We will do our best to fulfil any request if there is a specific item you have seen in our catalogue or you know the parents have a certain vibe.
I am purchasing a gift. Can the Baby Box be sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, you have the option at checkout to send the Baby Box to either you or your giftee directly.
Where do I advise a personalised message or provide notes for the seller?
On your cart page you can let us know the giftee's name, baby's due date and add a personalised message to include in your Baby Box. 
I don't want to buy a Baby Box, can I just purchase individual items?
Yes! Simply select the individual items you want to purchase.
Do you ship nationally?
Yes we ship Australia-wide.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently.
Do you offer express shipping?
All orders are shipped within 3 business days of order.
How much is shipping? 
- Free delivery for orders over $50 to addresses within a 10km radius of Newcastle (2300) postcodes. 
- Free delivery on all orders over $80 Australia-wide
- $13 flat fee for all orders under $80 Australia-wide
Returns, Exchanges, Faults
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. Contact us at within 14 days of delivery to arrange a refund, credit or exchange. Unless items are faulty, return shipping costs will not be refunded.
An item is faulty. What now?
We want you to be secure in the knowledge that you have purchased a beautiful, quality item or gift. Though we quality check every single item before packaging, should there be a product fault either you or the giftee can contact us at within 14 days of delivery to arrange a refund, credit or exchange
