Can I pick the products I want in the box or create a custom box?
We want to save you the time of picking out the items you want, so we curate the boxes. However, if there is a specific item you have seen in our catalogue or you know the parents have a certain vibe, we will do our best to fulfil your requests.
I am purchasing a gift. Can the box be sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, you have the option at checkout to send the Baby Box to either you or your giftee directly.
Where do I advise the baby's due date or provide notes for the seller?
On the box selection page you can let us know the giftee's name, baby's due date and add a personalised message to include in the box. 
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes we ship nationally.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently.

Not currently, however all orders are shipped within 3 business days of order.

$13 flat fee Australia-wide or free delivery on all orders over $150 or to any addresses within a 10km radius of Newcastle NSW (2300 postcode).

We will deliver any Baby Box for free to any address within a 10km radius of Newcastle NSW (2300 postcode) within 3 business days of order.
An item in the box is faulty. What now?
We want you to be secure in the knowledge that you have purchased a beautiful, quality, custom gift. Though we quality check every single item before packaging, should an item be faulty please contact us at within 30 days of delivery.
Do you do exchanges?
We can assure quality but can't account for individual taste, which is why our boxes are curated, not customised. We will do our best to accommodate specific requests but can't guarantee specific items being in a Baby Box.
